On-time delivery

How do I know my toilets will arrive on time?

Every booking gets a clear delivery window, agreed with you when you book. One of the first things we ask is whether you have any special requirements, so the delivery time fits around your setup. The driver updates you as they get close, and if we miss the window, your next hire is credited.

What happens if a toilet hire company is late?

With us, you’re covered. We give a delivery window within the hour, which allows for traffic and delays on the road. If we don’t deliver inside it, we credit your next hire. Guaranteed.

Do you guarantee delivery times?

Yes. We’re confident enough in our timings to put a guarantee on them: if delivery falls outside the agreed window, your next hire is credited.

Clean, well-kept toilets

How clean are your portable toilets?

Spotless. Every unit is cleaned, sanitised and checked before it’s delivered, and arrives stocked with loo roll and hand sanitiser. If one ever arrives dirty, we credit your next hire.

Are hired toilets hygienic for events?

Yes. Units are cleaned after every hire and waste is disposed of properly. For long events and big orders we plan servicing in, so the toilets stay clean right to the end. Orders of more than 50 portaloos, and events longer than a weekend, have servicing planned into the quote as standard.

How often are portable toilets serviced?

Site toilets are serviced weekly as standard. Large orders and busy events get more frequent visits, and for a big event it’s often worth booking an extra service.

Do portable toilets smell?

Not when they arrive. Every unit is delivered clean and fresh. Smells come from heavy use, so on long or busy events, regular servicing keeps them fresh.

Fast, clear communication

How quickly do you respond?

Within the hour. We reply, get the details we need and send your quote within the hour. For a price straight away, use the instant quote tool.

Can I contact someone if there’s an issue?

Always. On delivery day, the driver is available by phone, and our transport team is on call for anything else. You’ll never be left chasing an answer.

Will you keep me updated?

Yes. You get a delivery window when you book, and the driver updates you when they’re 20, 15 and 10 minutes away.

Coverage, value and peace of mind

Are you cheaper than other toilet hire companies?

Often, yes. Our prices are often cheaper than the industry average: event toilets are £140 each delivered, site toilets £36 a week and luxury trailers from £750 delivered. Get an instant quote and compare.

How much experience do you have?

Ten years. That experience goes into getting every customer the best service and the best price, whether it’s one portaloo for a building job or a festival’s worth of toilets.

What areas do you cover for portable toilet hire?

Southern England and Wales, including Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, London, Kent, Essex, Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and Swansea.

Is it better to choose a local or a regional toilet hire company?

With us you get both: local prices without a small firm’s supply limits. Lorries in our network carry up to 98 event toilets in one load, which cuts delivery cost and time on big jobs.

Will distance affect delivery?

Not reliability. Every delivery gets a window, wherever you are. Longer distances can add to the delivery cost, so prices are best inside our main areas across southern England and Wales.

Do you cover festivals and outdoor events in different regions?

Yes, from village fêtes to festivals and races. We’ve supplied Notting Hill Carnival, the Thames Path Ultra Challenge and events at Windsor Racecourse.

Are you insured?

Yes, we hold public liability insurance. Damage to toilets during the hire is the hirer’s responsibility to repair or reimburse.

Do you work with construction companies?

Yes, from one site toilet to welfare units across several sites. Contractors with three or more sites can join our Site-Wide Assurance Programme, with one agreement and one invoice.
