RapidLoo is a flat-pack temporary toilet. It travels as stacked panels and is built on site, which means far more toilets fit on each lorry than when conventional units travel fully assembled. GAP Group, one UK supplier, reports that four RapidLoos stack in the space of one standard toilet and that each takes under three minutes to assemble.
For a party needing four toilets, that makes little difference. For a festival, county show or sporting event needing rows of toilets across a big site, fewer loads and quicker builds can make the toilet build much easier to fit into the wider event build. It can also help on sites with challenging access, as long as there’s still a route for servicing.

Festivals and large outdoor events
A festival is a different job from a private party. Thousands of people want the toilets at the same moments, many of them have been drinking, and the event may run late or over several days. Toilets are split into zones across arenas, campsites and car parks, each needing its own mix of cubicles, urinals, accessible units and handwashing.
Behind the public areas sit staff and production toilets, often a luxury trailer for VIP and artists, and a servicing plan that keeps every block usable until the last night. Site logistics tie it together: where lorries can reach, where tankers can drive, and how the ground holds up in the rain.

Weddings

County and agricultural shows
Big showgrounds, families, food areas and livestock. Blocks spread across the site, with handwashing near animals and food.
Sporting events
Races and marathons need toilets at the start, finish and along the route. Matches and tournaments peak at half time.

Private parties

When presentation matters: luxury toilet trailers

Accessible event toilets
Accessible toilets work best when they’re part of the plan from the start rather than one unit added at the end. That means thinking about where they go as well as how many: on firm, level ground, on a route a wheelchair can actually use, and in each toilet block on a bigger site rather than only by the entrance.

Handwashing and hygiene
Event toilets arrive clean and stocked with toilet roll and hand sanitiser. For events serving food, or with farm animals on site, it’s worth adding separate handwashing so people wash properly rather than just using gel.

Servicing for longer and busier events
A toilet that’s full by mid-afternoon on day two is worse than no toilet at all. On multi-day or high-attendance events, servicing is what keeps the setup working.

How much does event toilet hire cost?
Event toilets are £140 each, including delivery, setup and collection. Accessible event toilets are £135 plus £70 delivery and collection, urinal units start from £150 and luxury trailers start from £750 delivered. Large events are priced on the full setup.
How many toilets do I need for my event?
As a starting point, one toilet per 50 guests for an event of up to four hours, or one per 35 to 40 if it runs longer or there’s a bar, plus at least one accessible toilet. The audience, peaks, layout and servicing can all change that, so we check every figure on the quote.
What details do you need for a quote?
The event location, date, expected attendance, type of event and how long it runs. Anything unusual about access or ground conditions helps too.
Should I choose portaloos or a luxury trailer?
For weddings and formal events, a luxury trailer is usually worth it. For festivals, sports days and community events, portaloos with an accessible unit do the job well. Big events often use both.
What is a RapidLoo, and do I need one?
RapidLoo is a flat-pack portable toilet assembled on site, which makes transporting large numbers of toilets more efficient. Most events don’t need it. It’s most useful for festivals and large events, and we can arrange it where a supplier has stock for your location and dates.
Do event toilets need servicing?
Short single-day events usually don’t. Multi-day and busy events need scheduled emptying, cleaning and restocking, which we plan with the supplier. Servicing isn’t included in the event toilet price, so it’s quoted separately when your event needs it.
Do you provide accessible toilets?
Yes. Our accessible units have ground-level entry, a wider door, grab rails and room to turn a wheelchair. We recommend planning at least one into every public event.
Do I need urinals as well as toilets?
At larger events, especially with a bar or a mostly male crowd, urinals shorten queues and take pressure off the cubicles. For small private events they’re rarely needed.
How far ahead should I book event toilets?
As early as you can. Summer weekends and festival season book up months ahead, especially for luxury trailers.
