How much is portaloo hire in the UK?
A site portaloo is £36 per toilet per week with us on a two week minimum, plus £80 per unit for delivery. An event portaloo is £140 per unit with delivery included. The UK market average sits nearer £30 to £60 per week before transport is added. Full detail on the portaloo hire cost page.
How many portable toilets do I need?
For construction, the guide is one toilet per seven workers. For events, roughly one unit per 75 to 100 guests over a full day, and more if there is a bar. Our site toilet ratio guide covers the HSE numbers properly.
Is delivery included in your prices?
For event toilets and luxury trailers, yes. Delivery, siting and collection are all inside the quoted price. For site toilets, delivery is £80 per unit on top of the weekly hire, and that covers both the drop off and the collection.
How far in advance should I book?
For a summer Saturday wedding with a luxury toilet trailer, three to six months. Trailer stock across the South is finite and the good weekends go early. Site toilet hire can usually be arranged within a few days.
Is servicing an extra charge?
No. Weekly servicing and waste disposal are built into the weekly rate on site toilets, and event units arrive freshly serviced and fully stocked. Sites needing more than one visit a week can be quoted for that separately.
What is the minimum hire period?
Two weeks for site toilet hire, because below that the delivery and collection cost outweighs the hire itself. Event bookings have no minimum, and a Friday to Monday weekend costs the same as a single day.
