How do I claim under the Spotless Promise?

Does this apply to every unit type?
Yes. The Spotless Promise applies to portaloos, welfare units, disabled toilet hire, urinal units and luxury toilet trailers, wherever you’re based across our coverage area.
Is there a cash refund instead of a credit?
The Spotless Promise is a credit toward your next hire with us. If you have a specific concern about a booking, get in touch and we’re happy to talk it through.
What if the unit gets dirty during my event or on site?
The Spotless Promise covers the condition on delivery. For longer hires, we offer scheduled servicing to keep units clean throughout, ask when you book.
