Toilet hire on the Thames at Marlow
Marlow’s summer revolves around the river. The Marlow Town Regatta and Festival has filled Higginson Park with rowing, enclosures, food stalls and a bar for around 150 years, and the riverside gardens, meadows and estates up and down the valley host weddings, parties and club events all season. Many of them have no toilets of their own, or nowhere near enough.
Building work keeps the town busy too, from extensions and refurbishments in Marlow and Bourne End to the planned Marlow Film Studios at Little Marlow, approved on appeal in November 2025. The Thames Valley is one of the strongest parts of our supplier network. Toilet Hire Near Me books trailers, event toilets, site toilets and welfare units with a local supplier, then manages delivery, servicing and collection. You have one number to call.
What customers along the Thames say
Real Google reviews, shown word for word, from customers in the Thames Valley.
We live on a wide beam barge on the river Thames.we have to moor up for the winter for five months so great that we can get pumped out without moving are barge as it’s to dangerous when the river is running to fast. Lovely service by Pat & Ian nothing was to much trouble. Very happy to use them again in the new year. Regards Martin
Lenny came to deliver the toilet trailer for our garden party. We wanted it in the back garden, Lenny tried his utmost best but, unfortunately the width of our gate was marginally small and he wasn’t able to get the trailer through. But Lenny never gave up and continued to find different ways, from using his car or manually trying to push the trailer into the garden. Eventually I asked him to put it in the front garden, to which he kindly placed it. Throughout Lenny stayed calm, polite and respectful. If we have an event again we will definitely use Toilet hire near me.
I can honestly say this was an amazing find. The customer service was excellent, from delivery on time, squeaky clean, soft loo roll provided and hand gel also connected to the wall. Collection on time and swift. The price was the best I found, the owner communicative. I can very highly recommend.

Toilets for riverside events
A regatta enclosure, a marquee on a riverside lawn or a party at a boat club all bring the same questions. These are the four we ask about before booking anything by the water.
Low-lying meadows
Riverside grass can stay soft long after rain. Toilets and trailers need level, firm ground, so pick the highest, driest spot and tell us what it’s been like that week.
Hardstanding or paths beat soft lawn
The route in
Park gates, narrow lanes and riverside paths limit what can drive in. Tell us the gate, the route and any width or weight limits so the right vehicle turns up.
Agree access with the venue in advance
Enclosures and bars
At regattas and river events, the enclosures and the bar drive the queues. Put blocks within reach of both, with urinal units by the bar.
Urinal units from £150
Trailers on the lawn
A luxury trailer suits a riverside marquee best, placed out of the photographs with a lit path. It needs power nearby, so ask the venue where the nearest supply is.
Trailers from £780, delivered

Marlow toilet hire questions
How much does portable toilet hire cost in Marlow?
Event toilets are £140 each with delivery, servicing and collection included, and accessible event toilets are £135. Site toilets are £36 a week with a two-week minimum, plus delivery by postcode. Welfare units start from £200 a week, and luxury toilet trailers run from £780 to £1,050 delivered.
Can you supply toilets for a regatta or riverside event?
Yes. We plan blocks near the enclosures and the bar, urinal units to keep queues down and an accessible unit on firm ground. Riverside meadows can be soft, so tell us where the toilets will stand and what access the venue allows.
Can a luxury trailer go on a riverside lawn for a wedding?
Usually, yes. Trailers need level, firm ground, vehicle access and a power supply nearby. We check all three with you and the venue before booking, and summer weekends book up early.
Do building sites need toilets from the first day?
Yes. Under the CDM Regulations 2015, toilets and washing facilities must be available from the start of work, including early groundworks. A site toilet with hand washing covers the first weeks before a welfare unit is needed.
Do you cover Bourne End, Henley and Maidenhead?
Yes. We cover Marlow and the villages around it, including Bourne End, Little Marlow, Flackwell Heath and Hurley, as well as Henley-on-Thames, Maidenhead, High Wycombe and the rest of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
