Toilet hire on the Thames at junction 11
Chertsey sits on the Thames right by junction 11 of the M25, so it’s a straightforward drop from our Surrey suppliers. Building work here ranges from extensions and refurbishments in the town, Addlestone and Ottershaw to bigger schemes like Longcross Garden Village, planned for up to 1,700 homes to the west of the borough. Every site needs toilets from the first day.
Chertsey is also home to the Chertsey Show, held on Chertsey Meads every summer since 1833 and the last traditional agricultural show inside the M25. Add riverside events, club fixtures, weddings and garden parties, and the town needs as many event toilets as site toilets. Toilet Hire Near Me books them with a supplier in our Surrey network, then manages delivery, servicing and collection. You have one number to call.
What our customers say
Real Google reviews, shown word for word, from a Surrey party, a large charity event and an event organiser.
The toilets and urinal unit provided were clean, delivered and collected as agreed. Service was smooth and hassle free
I can honestly say this was an amazing find. The customer service was excellent, from delivery on time, squeaky clean, soft loo roll provided and hand gel also connected to the wall. Collection on time and swift. The price was the best I found, the owner communicative. I can very highly recommend.
Used for a party recently, quick efficient service, no complaints will use again!

Planning toilets for a show day
Agricultural shows, fun days and riverside events all follow the same shape: an open field, a build the day before, gates open in the morning and a crowd that peaks around lunch. This is how we plan the toilets around it.
Delivered before the gates open
Units arrive during the build, while vehicles can still move freely around the field, and go where exhibitors and crowds will actually be.
Agree positions on a site plan in advance
Spread across the site
Blocks near the entrance, the food and bar areas and the livestock or arena sections, so nobody walks the length of the field to queue.
Every block includes an accessible unit
Ready for the lunchtime peak
Food, drink and full car parks make lunchtime the busiest hour. Urinal units take the pressure off the cubicles where the bar is.
Urinal units from £150
Serviced, then collected
Two-day events get serviced overnight so day two starts clean. Collection is timed for after the crowds have gone and the field is clear.
Servicing agreed when you book

Who hires portable toilets in Chertsey?
Builders and developers
Extensions and refurbishments in Chertsey, Addlestone and Ottershaw, and larger housing schemes across Runnymede. Under the CDM Regulations 2015, toilets and washing facilities are needed from the start of work. Our site toilet ratio guide covers numbers, and a welfare unit covers bigger crews.
Show and event organisers
Shows, fun days, charity events and riverside gatherings. Event toilets are £140 each with delivery, servicing and collection included, and an accessible unit is £135.
Clubs and sports grounds
Rowing, cricket, rugby and football clubs on match days and tournaments, when the clubhouse can’t cope with the crowd. Urinal units keep the queues short.
Weddings and garden parties
Marquee receptions and big birthdays at home. A luxury toilet trailer gives guests flushing toilets and running water. On low-lying riverside ground, tell us where it will stand so we can check it’s firm.

Chertsey toilet hire questions
How much does portable toilet hire cost in Chertsey?
Site toilets are £36 a week with a two-week minimum, plus delivery by postcode. Event toilets are £140 each with delivery, servicing and collection included. Welfare units start from £200 a week, and luxury toilet trailers run from £780 to £1,050 delivered.
How many toilets does a show or fun day need?
It depends on the crowd, the hours and whether there’s a bar. As a rough guide, allow around one toilet per 50 people for a short day without alcohol, and more where drink is served or the event runs all day. Add urinals near the bar and an accessible unit in every block.
Can you deliver onto a field by the river?
Usually, yes. Units need firm, level ground and a clear route for the delivery and service vehicles. Low-lying meadows can be soft after rain, so tell us where the units will stand and we’ll check it with the supplier.
Do building sites need toilets from the first day?
Yes. Under the CDM Regulations 2015, toilets and washing facilities must be available from the start of work, including early groundworks. A site toilet with hand washing covers the first weeks before a welfare unit is needed.
Do you cover Addlestone, Egham and Virginia Water?
Yes. We cover the whole of Runnymede, including Addlestone, Ottershaw, Egham, Englefield Green, Virginia Water and Longcross, as well as Weybridge, Woking and the rest of Surrey.
Who owns and services the units?
Toilet Hire Near Me is a broker. Units come from a vetted local supplier in our Surrey network, and we manage the booking, servicing, swaps and collection as your single point of contact.
