Portable Toilet Hire in Ascot
Luxury toilet trailers for race week parties and garden weddings, and discreet site toilets and welfare units for house builds and renovations in Ascot, Sunningdale, Sunninghill and Virginia Water.
- Race week bookings planned early
- Placed with care on private property
- Private estates and gated roads
- 10 years in toilet hire
Ascot toilet hire is mostly about homes, not fields
In many towns, portable toilets end up on building sites and in event fields. In Ascot, a large share go to private homes: a trailer on the lawn for a Royal Ascot party, a welfare unit behind the hoardings of a replacement house, or a portaloo tucked beside the garage while a pool house is built. That changes how the units should be chosen, placed and serviced.
We are a toilet hire broker. Our Berkshire suppliers provide the units, and we coordinate the booking, the delivery slot, servicing and collection with you, your event planner or your site manager.
Hosting at home in Ascot
Whether it is a race week lunch, a wedding in the garden or a milestone birthday, this is how we plan a luxury trailer at a private house.
Around a race day
Roads near the racecourse are at their busiest on race days, especially during Royal Ascot in June. We schedule around them.
- Two to three months before
Reserve the trailer. Race week and summer Saturdays book out early across Berkshire.
- The day before
Trailer delivered, levelled and plugged in, well clear of race-day traffic.
- On the day
Fully stocked and ready. Ask about an attendant for larger parties.
- The day after
Collected once the roads have cleared.
Looking after the property
Ascot gardens and driveways are often a big part of the home. We plan so the trailer leaves no trace.
- 1Out of the sight linesPlaced close enough for guests, but not in the middle of the view from the terrace or marquee.
- 2Lawn and drive protectionAsk for ground protection mats where the trailer crosses or sits on grass or a resin drive.
- 3Power and waterMost trailers need a standard socket within reach. Some also need a water connection, others carry their own supply. We will confirm which.
- 4Access checked firstSend photos of gates, gravel drives and overhanging trees so the right vehicle is sent.
Which luxury trailer for an Ascot party?
Luxury trailers have flushing toilets, running water, lighting, mirrors and a proper finish inside, which suits the kind of events held in Ascot homes. The numbers show ladies’ cubicles plus gents’ toilets and urinals.
| Trailer | Price from | Suits |
|---|---|---|
| 1+1 | £780 | Intimate lunches and small gatherings |
| 2+1 | £850 | Garden parties and weddings up to around 100 guests |
| 3+1 | £875 | Receptions of around 100 to 150 guests |
| 3+2 | £950 | Bigger receptions with a busy evening bar |
| 4+2 | £1,050 | Large marquee events of 150 guests or more |
All trailer prices include delivery. Unsure between a trailer and portaloos? Our luxury trailer vs portaloo guide compares them.
Site toilets for house builds on Ascot’s private roads
Replacement houses, basement digs and major refurbishments are common around Ascot, Sunningdale and Virginia Water. These jobs often run for a year or more on quiet residential roads, where neighbours notice everything.
A welfare unit gives the crew toilets, hand washing and a place to eat, which covers the site welfare required under the CDM Regulations 2015. It keeps workers on site rather than parked up on the verge at lunchtime. Smaller jobs like a garden room or extension usually need just a single portaloo. The site welfare checklist shows what to provide.
Units can be placed behind site hoarding, and weekly servicing can be timed for when it will cause least disruption on the road.

- Are there weight or size limits for vehicles?
- Is a booking or permit needed for deliveries?

Questions about toilet hire in Ascot
How much does it cost to hire a luxury toilet trailer in Ascot?
A 1+1 trailer starts from £780 and a 2+1 from £850, rising to £1,050 for a 4+2. Delivery is included. The price can vary with dates, access and hire length, and your quote confirms the exact figure before you book.
Should I book early for Royal Ascot?
Yes. Trailers are in high demand for race week and for summer weekends in general. Booking two to three months ahead gives you the best choice of sizes. We will plan delivery for the day before and collection for the day after to avoid race-day traffic.
Will a trailer damage my lawn or driveway?
Trailers are heavy, so soft lawns and resin or block-paved drives need care. Ask for ground protection mats and tell us about the surface when you book. We will also suggest the best position to limit wear.
Can you deliver onto a private estate?
Yes. Many estates around Ascot, Sunningdale and Virginia Water have their own rules on contractor hours, vehicle size and delivery permits. Share those with us at the quote stage and we will book a delivery that complies.
What do builders need for a long house build?
For a crew of more than a few people on a long project, a welfare unit is the usual choice. It includes toilets, hand washing and a rest area in one unit, serviced weekly. A single portaloo is fine for short jobs and small teams.
Is Toilet Hire Near Me the supplier?
We are a broker. A vetted local supplier provides and services the units, and we act as your single point of contact for the booking, delivery and collection.
