Straightforward toilet hire for Elmbridge
Esher and the surrounding Elmbridge towns keep builders busy with extensions, basements and full rebuilds, while the river, the racecourse and a long list of sports clubs keep the events calendar full. Most people we speak to here want two things: a unit that looks tidy on a smart street, and a clear idea of what it will cost.
Toilet Hire Near Me is a broker. We source your units from a supplier in our Surrey network and handle delivery, servicing and collection, so you have one contact and one invoice.

Toilet hire around Esher, Walton and Thames Ditton
Extensions, basements and rebuilds
Elmbridge sees a lot of large home improvement work. A portaloo keeps trades out of the house for smaller jobs, while longer rebuilds with bigger crews are better served by a welfare unit. Construction sites must provide toilets and washing facilities under the CDM Regulations 2015. See our site welfare checklist.
Getting through Esher High Street
The A307 through the centre of Esher is often slow, and many side roads are narrow with parked cars on both sides. Tell us about width restrictions, parking and the best time of day to arrive, and the delivery will be planned around them.
By the river
Thames Ditton, Molesey and Walton-on-Thames have riverside gardens, boat clubs and towpath events. Ground near the water can be soft, so units need a firm, level spot and a route the vehicle can use without churning up grass.
Clubs, schools and race days
Cricket, rugby, tennis and rowing clubs, school fairs and summer fetes all hire in portaloos for their busy days. Sandown Park race days add traffic, so allow extra time around them.

Esher toilet hire questions
How much does it cost to hire a portaloo in Esher?
A Site portaloos are £36 a week with a two-week minimum, plus delivery based on your postcode. Event portaloos are £140 each with delivery, setup, servicing and collection included. For an eight-week extension, that is from £240 in hire before delivery. Luxury trailers start from £780 with delivery included.
Can you deliver on a narrow residential road?
Usually, yes. We have supplied more than 20 site portaloos around Elmbridge in the last six months. Standard portaloos are small and can be delivered on a compact vehicle. Let us know about parked cars, width limits and gates so the supplier can send the right vehicle and pick a quiet time.
How many toilets do I need for a riverside or club event?
Allow about one toilet per 50 guests for a short event, or one per 35 to 40 where a bar is open or the event runs all day. For crowds of a few hundred, adding a urinal unit cuts queues, and every public event should have at least one accessible toilet.
Do you cover Walton-on-Thames, Thames Ditton and Hersham?
Yes. We cover all of Elmbridge, including Walton-on-Thames, Thames Ditton, Hersham, Claygate, Molesey, Cobham, Oxshott and Weybridge, plus Surbiton and Kingston.
How far ahead should I book?
Site portaloos can often be delivered the next day. For events, book at least two weeks ahead, and for a summer party with a luxury trailer, two to three months is safer.
Is Toilet Hire Near Me the supplier?
No, we are a broker. A vetted local supplier provides and services the units, and we manage your booking, delivery and collection as your single point of contact.
